Save your potato water!


Kitchen Essential: Potato Water

Do not throw out the potato water! It has so many uses. It's great in bread dough, baking, gravies, soups, and many sauces. It's a boon to anyone who is lacto intolerant. Potato water is a wonderful substitution for milk in just about all recipes.
