Rice vermicelli is the perfect fast side dish to almost any meal.


Tired of rice, potatoes, or pasta? Here's a side dish that is fast, light and simple. Rice Vermicelli is perfect with lighter, springtime meals, like fish, chicken wings, minute steaks or even with just a simple green salad. It takes around ten minutes to prepare. Just put on a large pot of water, wait till it boils, put in the rice vermicelli and about three minutes later, it's done. Nothing simpler.

Almost the same as vermicelli is congee Chinese noodles.
