It's blueberry season! Boxes of blue goodness everywhere. Blueberries are healthy containing vitamin C, E and lots of fiber. They are also low in calories. They are the only natural fruit that's blue. So you have to love them! You can do anything with a blueberry you can do with any other kind of berry. They do make great muffins wonderful on short cakes or in trifles.
