Fresh&Fast - Fruit drink

Start your day with a fresh fruit drink.


I was visiting my daughter and saw her make a simple, fast, fresh fruit drink for breakfast. She makes in the Cuisenaire but you can use a blender. She always has two bananas and then adds whatever fruit is in season like strawberries or peaches (pitted and peeled), mangoes (peeled and pitted) and berries. After about two minutes she has a nutritious power drink.
