Tarragon great with lemon, chicken or fish!


Tarragon whether fresh or dried is incredibly useful especially combined with lemon, fish, or chicken. I use it in my bread dough and potato salad. Tarragon with potato water for baking and sauces is a hit. But tarragon reaches it's zenith when coupled with lemon so lemon chicken or lemon on a white fish or in a lemon chicken marinade. I also used a bit in my BBQ Salmon marinade. Tarragon also goes well with Basil and Rosemary. So pick some up and experiment!
