Kitchen Essential- Ginger

Nothing like fresh or frozen ginger grated on just about anything.


I always have real ginger on hand. Its great with just about every kind of meat or chicken. Its also wonderful with fruit and bit of it in most baking especially cookies and cakes helps. I keep ginger in the freezer. This way its easy to grate. I have one of those little graters.

Its also great for you. I've heard its cures sea sickness.
