My Mother's Day

I had a different kind of Mother's Day brunch.

Alas, no breakfast in bed instead I went over to visit my two eldest daughters who took me to a Malaysian Restaurant . We went to Tropika, in Vancouver. I ordered a spring roll and bean curd curry. Everything was just right. The curry wasn't too strong but flavorful and the spring rolls are a bit different from the Chinese ones I'm used to.
