That's a tough one. It means a lot of tact and advanced social skills, I'm not sure I'd be up to it! Be friendly. Be positive make suggestions. Tell them how it is in their best interests. Don't blame anyone.

I'm always reluctant to critisize because I always worry that they'll blame the staff and fire someone - when its almost always a question of bad management and training almost never the staff!

It takes so little to dress up the plate and it can make a huge difference.
