I thought I'd heard everthing about grilling but this recipe takes the cake! Great, I think I'll try it. Veggies on the barbie are so terrific and with the hot weather, it's MUCH nicer to grill than to deal with a hot stove.

I haven't tried cake on the grill yet ;-) That might be next. BTW- any idea how to make rice on the grill?

Devorah, do you have a wood plank for grilling fish? I'd wager that something could be done with rice on either a plank, or perhaps a metal tray put atop the barbeque...maybe you'd have to get it started with a little pre-boil, though. Hmmm, food for thought (pun intended).

I like the old tin foil, easy and simple. Never have tried wood. Interesting suggestion.
